The Juvan Inn serves house made dishes: žolca (brawn), beef soup with homemade žlikrofi (stuffed dumplings) and noodles, veal leg with sautéed potatoes, cooked vegetables and red cabbage, steak with porcinis and cheese, walnut pancakes with fruit and ice-cream. Guests are also pleased to return for some bean and mushroom soup with porcinis, sautéed calf’s liver, steaks and beefsteaks and different desserts. Seasonal dishes are especially popular: spring dandelion, asparagus and strawberries, salads and mushrooms in summer, Martin’s duck in autumn, chestnut cake and young wine, the koline feast meat in winter.

The inn seats 80 people in three rooms, from April to October there’s an outdoor seating area under the old chestnut tree, seating 30 people. Business lunches and celebrations are also available by prior arrangement.
