The Land of Hayracks offers a unique, innovative, educational and fun experience of the Slovenian architectural heritage. It is world’s first open-air museum of hayracks, located on 2.5 hectares of land surface in the Šentrupert Municipality. 19 drying structures were brought here from the broader Mirna Valley, the oldest one being “Luka's toplar” dating back to 1795, which is at the same time one of the world’s oldest preserved double hayracks. The Land of Hayracks offers different educational programmes and is suitable for the organisation of a somewhat different wedding ceremony.
